The B 1330 blister packaging machine in operation

The compact B 1330 blister machine is tried-and-tested Uhlmann technology that has been in operation at countless pharmaceutical companies for many years.
The vibratory feeder can be used universally for wide-ranging product shapes. This feeder is particularly efficient in processing tablets with simple geometries and capsules.
The heating station has three individually adjustable heating zones per heating plate. When the machine stops, the heating plates open up automatically. The forming station works by means of four guide columns with a uniform closing pressure for perfect forming results.
The clearly visible fill section facilitates a fast line clearance.
Various functions of the roller seals ensure high blister quality and process reliability. The sealing roller evens out variations in the foil thickness and lifts up automatically when the machine stops.
The ultra-compact units of the combined embossing, perforating and punching station produce perfect blisters. Lightweight tools speed up the format change-over.
