Cartoners for pharma-compatible packaging into cartons

Productivity, precision and flexibility: it's what matters with cartoning machines. For instance, you can combine blisters, package inserts and other extras in one cartoning process. Our packaging machines can also load bottles, vials, bags and supplementary products and patient information into cartons with millimeter accuracy.

Application spectrum of our cartoners

Whether blisters, bottles, ampoules or vials with spoons or other application aids and wide-ranging patient information, the cartoners cover a wide spectrum of applications and deliver the required combination of products safely into the carton.

Bottle transportation and feeding: Bottles are supplied to the cartoner by infeed conveyor or buffer table. They are initially separated and then gently placed in the product chain using a screw conveyor.

High-performance blister transfer: On the C 2305/2504 cartoners, the complete blister stacks are transferred into the product chain. Low fall heights ensure a particularly gentle blister transfer.

Direct blister transfer from the BLU 200 to C 200. Only correct blisters are inserted directly into the product transport. Where necessary, the blisters are turned by up to 90°. Partially filled or empty blisters are separated.

The specialist for processing booklets: Uhlmann cartoners can be precisely tailored to your requirements thanks to our diverse range of accessories such as a rotary leaflet feeder, allowing you to handle specific packaging tasks.

Storage systems for booklets make it easier for operators to load material. This system ensures a smooth packaging process, especially for high-output cartoners.

All common types of stacking or reel folders can be integrated in the cartoner for the purpose of folding leaflets. In the subsequent process, the leaflets are pushed into the carton together with the product.
