Our sustainability strategy
Clear guidance for everyone
The Uhlmann Group – and therefore also Uhlmann Pac-Systeme – has come together to develop a sustainability and climate strategy. The time frame up to the 2024/2025 business year for the sustainability strategy and up to 2030 for the climate strategy gives all managers and staff clear guidance, as well as providing the company and all stakeholders with a binding framework for sustainable development. This is based on our vision, mission and purpose.

Our focus areas in five strategic fields of action
Uhlmann focuses its sustainability management processes on the issues that are most important to our stakeholders and shareholders. To identify these issues, we performed a materiality analysis, which was updated during the 2022/2023 business year. The results of this analysis led to our sustainability strategy, which is split into five areas of action containing a total of 14 different issues. These are reflected in our sustainability strategy, where they are assigned initiatives and goals.
