Whether for pharmaceutical packaging or the packaging of food supplements - sometimes manufacturers need a particularly cost-effective solution within a very short space of time. A case for Uhlmann's Rebuild program! Rebuilt packaging machines allow all the necessary requirements to be reconciled - manageable procurement costs, short delivery times and the usual high Uhlmann quality. Rebuild machines also offer advantages when a line needs to be renewed and a large number of format parts sets are already available. In this case, Uhlmann will find the right used machine to enable you to continue to work with your format parts.
Uhlmann's Rebuild program is designed for feasibility. On an ongoing basis, our experts purchase used blister lines. These machines are then put through their paces at our Rebuild center in Laupheim (Germany), and - in close consultation with you - brought up to the latest state of the art. Any discontinued and wear parts are replaced, while stations and components are modernized. Optionally, the entire electronics can be overhauled. In this way, a used machine is brought up to the latest state of the art - and is the more economical and sustainable alternative compared to a new machine.
In our Rebuild program, you can choose between different degrees of modernization - up to equipping with Track & Trace and connection to the Pexcite open software platform, which networks machines and equipment along the entire pharmaceutical value chain.
