Flexible cartoner for parenteral products

The C 200 cartoner efficiently and carefully packages parenteral products in folding cartons – either directly, i.e. with no secondary packaging, or parenteral products that are already packaged in sealed blisters, unsealed clamp packagings or paper trays. This cartoner is ideal for packing sensitive syringes, ampoules, vials, cartridges, bottles and pens in cartons. It works extremely flexibly and quickly thanks to its "Twin Speed Capability" with double product feed via two loaders: The C 200 can process up to 200 folding cartons per minute – including a wide range of different tuck-in and hot-melt closures. Printing and monitoring systems can be optionally integrated for seamless Track & Trace.

The C 200 cartoner is designed to precisely integrate with the BLU 200 blister machine. This results in a continuous line for secondary packaging of parenteral products in blisters and folding cartons. The C 200 is also the cartoning module of the Parenteral Tray Center PTC 200 and ensures reliable and sustainable packaging of parenteral products in this application as well.
