Serialization units

UAP, T1

UAP and T1 can be used as a standalone unit or as an extension to existing packaging machines and lines. Various rework options can also be implemented as quick solutions to meet relevant needs. The T1 also serves as a basic unit for other Uhlmann software solutions.

Aggregation and Rework – our standalone solutions

Various aggregation solutions can be realized with the Uhlmann Aggregation Platform UAP and the Uhlmann Control Terminal T1. Various packing units (e.g. folding cartons, bottles, etc.) can be aggregated into several packing levels (bundle, shipping carton or pallet). In addition, various units or packing levels can be decommissioned.

UAP and T1 in focus

The Uhlmann Aggregation Platform UAP allows the camera scanning of all the units of a level or product group for semiautomated aggregation to various packaging levels. Units or packaging levels can also be decommissioned using the hand-held scanner.
The Uhlmann Terminal T1 allwos the hand-held scanning packs and manual aggregation to various packaging levels. Units or packaging levels can also be decommissioned using the hand-held scanner.
